Palm Beach Park
About Us

Palm Beach Park is but a short drive from wonderful shopping, many fine dining
restaurants, John Wayne - Orange County Airport,
                                    and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center.

And, our  PRIVATE,  almost 2 acre beach is just across the street!

Being a 55+ community has its advantages. Imagine your days filled with an endless choice of activities: enjoy a relaxing round of golf at one of the nearby courses, take an invigorating bicycle ride through the quaint town of San Clemente, or simply walk along the ocean's edge looking for sea glass.

During your leisure time, you may want to take a dip in our heated salt water pool, play some shuffleboard, or relax under the covered lanai with a cool beverage and a book from our library.

Our 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a kitchen, 2 televisions, a fireplace, upper and lower banquet seating, an outside bar that opens to the pool, plus billard, card and pool tables. Perfect for socializing with your neighbors and friends.
The "back lit" sunsets of Catalina Island are amazing!

On the property, we have an RV area that includes a car wash with ionized water, so there is no need to dry off your vehicle by hand! There is also a laundry facility with coin fed washers and dryers if they are needed.

Residents frequently get together for social events, pot luck dinners, poker games, bridge, bible study sessions, and lounging around the pool enjoying life at the beach.

Why not stop by and check us out?  Perhaps you will find your
dream beach cottage at Palm Beach Park . . .
