During your leisure time, you may want to take a dip in our heated salt water pool, play some shuffleboard, or relax under the covered lanai with a cool beverage and a book from our library. Our 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a kitchen, 2 televisions, a fireplace, upper and lower banquet seating, an outside bar that opens to the pool, plus billard, card and pool tables. Perfect for socializing with your neighbors and friends. The "back lit" sunsets of Catalina Island are amazing! On the property, we have an RV area that includes a car wash with ionized water, so there is no need to dry off your vehicle by hand! There is also a laundry facility with coin fed washers and dryers if they are needed. Residents frequently get together for social events, pot luck dinners, poker games, bridge, bible study sessions, and lounging around the pool enjoying life at the beach.
